It’s been a decade since we heard about his attachment to the Gambit movie, only for it to slip through our fingers like Cajun playing cards.
In a nod to the past, Marvel’s Deadpool and Wolverine brought back several actors from the era of X-Men movies produced by 20th Century Fox. Among them was an actor who, despite numerous attempts, never saw his X-Men film make it off the drawing board before Disney acquired Fox’s entertainment properties in 2019. Now, this performer is expressing gratitude to Ryan Reynolds for offering him the long-awaited opportunity to embody his dream role as an X-Man.
