With only a few million dollars left to go on July 30, this blockbuster duo will soon reach the $500 million mark worldwide.
For additional perspective, the debut of Deadpool and Wolverine surpassed that of Avatar: The Water Path ($439 million), marking the largest global opening for a film since Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021 ($587.2 million) was released.
While it’s unlikely that Deadpool and Wolverine can match the box office success of Avatar: The Way of Water, given its impressive theatrical earnings of $2.32 billion and a spot among the top three highest-grossing films ever, is undeniable.
