Deadlock update introduced new map mechanics and Sinner’s Sacrifice changes

Deadlock is an exciting multiplayer game that blends hero shooters with the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre. In this game, two teams of six players face off against each other on a map, aiming to demolish the opponent’s base. Recently, one significant update was added to the game, which includes changes such as a revamped map and alterations to Sinner’s Sacrifice. To discover more about these updates, I recommend checking out our article.

Deadlock latest update explained

The new update for Deadlock brings numerous thrilling modifications, one of the key ones being a significant redesign of the map. Previously, it was divided into 4 lines, but now it has been transformed into a layout with only 3 sections. This alteration encompasses various adjustments like the relocation of buildings, destructible items, neutral camps, power-up boosts, and even the position of mid-bosses. For those who prefer to familiarize themselves gradually with these updates without being immediately plunged into the game, there’s an option called “Explore Map” feature that lets you roam around a deserted city, learning how to maneuver more effectively on the map.

The second significant adjustment involves the “Sinner’s Sacrifice.” Instead of offering a random Golden Statue buff, now when you defeat it with a Heavy Malee Attack, you will be granted 3 Golden Statue buffs. Conversely, if your last strike is a Light Malee Attack, you will only receive one buff.
