Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4 Unveils Shocking Kingpin Twist You Won’t Believe!

In the finale of Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4, there’s a significant unveiling about the Kingpin, which is closely tied to Adam, the man who had an affair with Vanessa.

In this week’s installment of Daredevil, we find Matt delving into the murder case of Hector Alaya, who went by the alias White Tiger. His search leads him to reconnect with an old acquaintance – Frank Castle, more famously known as The Punisher.

In addition, here are some key events: Matt assists a client facing a shoplifting accusation, Daniel Blake manages to dodge Wilson Fisk’s anger due to a major mistake, and there’s an unpleasant hint of Muse at the end as well.

Significantly, this episode provides greater insight into the events involving Vanessa and Adam. As for Fisk, he’s still grappling with the aftermath of those incidents.

Fisk is holding Adam prisoner in Daredevil: Born Again

In the closing moments of Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4, it’s unveiled that Adam isn’t merely alive, but he’s imprisoned beneath the ground by Fisk.

Towards the conclusion of the initial episode, Fisk informed Vanessa about Adam. “Don’t harm him,” she pleaded, and he vowed that he was no longer the kind of person who would do such a thing (although he did manage to keep that promise, to some extent).

In Episode 3 (“You’re punishing me for Adam,” Vanessa remarked), they only made a passing reference to him. However, they delve deeper into his character in the fourth episode during a therapy session with Heather. It is later established that Vanessa had an affair with Adam which spanned from the end of Season 3 up until Born Again – a seven-year long relationship. Earlier, Vanessa confessed her sense of loneliness without her husband.

Fisk clarifies that he had a conversation with the other person. He shared with Vanessa that he found it hard to imagine a purposeful life without her, implying that despite his emotions, they resolved their issues peacefully and without violence.

Ah, towards the end, it appears Adam is imprisoned deep underground, likely so Fisk can torture him for attempting to approach his wife.

During an interview with TV Line, actress Ayelet Zurer suggested that there might be reasons to be concerned about the fate of Adam.

As I chatted with Business Insider, Ayelet Zurer (playing Vanessa) gave a hint about her character: “Since he was absent, she grabbed the reins a bit, and it’s tough to let go. Consequently, some situations are causing friction, and they need to sort things out.

Their connection underwent a transformation. After an interval during which they didn’t interact, I won’t delve into the details. However, upon their reunion, they were undeniably peculiar as romantic partners.
