Now, she’s set to work alongside another attractive actor, and this could potentially be her most thrilling project yet.
Shortly following the debut of her movie “On Swift Horses” in 2025, featuring heartthrobs Jacob Elordi, Will Poulter, and Daisy Edgar-Jones, details about her subsequent film and co-stars were made public. Entitled “Here Comes the Flood”, the actress from “Normal People” will join forces with Robert Pattinson and Denzel Washington in this upcoming production, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter (THR).

A crucial aspect of my personality is that I’m a big fan of heist movies, specifically “Here Comes the Flood”, and I’ve been deeply intrigued by the unconventional paths Robert Pattinson has taken in his recent professional journey.
Although the specifics of this upcoming film’s plot remain secretive, its logline characterizes it as an atypical heist movie featuring a bank guard, a teller, and a skilled thief entangled in a lethal dance of deception and betrayal. The identities of Edgar-Jones, Pattinson, and Denzel Washington within this group have yet to be revealed, but their collaboration is an unexpected combination that I’m eagerly anticipating. Moreover, the narrative by Simon Kinberg promises a captivating “non-linear” storyline.
Daisy Edgar-Jones is open to returning for “Normal People” season 2, but she has a condition that I wholeheartedly support.
The movie is also slated to be helmed by Fernando Meirelles, a director who was nominated for the Best Director Oscar in 2002 for “City of God” and the Netflix film “The Two Popes”. For instance, Daisy Edgar-Jones’ breakout role was in Normal People alongside Paul Mescal, a series available on Hulu. Subsequently, she collaborated with Sebastian Stan in Fresh, Andrew Garfield in Under the Banner of Heaven, Harris Dickinson in Where the Crawdads Sing, Jacob Elordi in On Swift Horses, and Glen Powell in the highly-anticipated Twister sequel.
