Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is expected to offer „the most realistic and reactive crowd system in any game to date”

The sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 aims to deliver the “most authentic and interactive city population ever seen in a video game.

A candidate joining the CD Projekt RED studio in Boston may find themselves faced with various tasks, as per the job listing on their official website. The Lead Encounter Designer role involves collaborating with other designers on Project Orion, focusing on designing systems such as quests, open world, and gameplay to collectively achieve the objectives for the upcoming game.

In modern gaming, the portrayal of a vibrant, living world is a common theme – and originally, Cyberpunk 2077 was intended to fall within this trend. It’s unlikely that I need to remind you about its initial release, but even after updates that enlivened Night City and rectified numerous issues, some gamers argue that the developers didn’t quite reach the level of excellence demonstrated by Rockstar Games Studio in Red Dead Redemption 2.

In the upcoming installment, CD Projekt RED aims to not just equal the creators of Grand Theft Auto, but outshine them. However, some players harbor skepticism about this, given the challenges faced during the release of Cyberpunk 2077, and other concerns as well.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m excited to share that I’ve learned CD Projekt Red (CDPR) is expanding its team in their American branch! They’re on the hunt for talented individuals to join forces with the lead designer of “Encounters.” Specifically, they’re looking for a Senior Level Designer and Senior Interface or Gameplay Animators as Programmers. This means more amazing gaming experiences are on the horizon!
