As a seasoned Night City denizen with over three decades under my belt, I’ve seen it all – from the rise and fall of corporations to the evolution of the city’s vehicular landscape. And let me tell you, the variety of cars available in this cyberpunk metropolis is nothing short of breathtaking!

A Comprehensive Guide on Collecting Every Vehicle in Cyberpunk 2077

NOTE: Prior to the release of version 2.0, obtaining new rides from fixers in Night City worked a little differently. Instead of using the handy AutoFixer webpage, the fixers would call in vehicles for you to pay and pick up. Each was provided a sort of quest in the Rides category.

Before, this guide was listed by Fixer, as each region of the city would have that Fixer calling in new rides for V. Now it’s simply in order of the car’s manufacturer.

Needless to say, it’s a lot more straightforward now.

Earning the “Autojock” achievement or trophy by amassing sufficient Eurodollars to buy them all will be yours. Additionally, there are several vehicles awarded as rewards for completing different Side Jobs. Here is a collection of the vehicles we’ve managed to round up for you to explore Night City.

If you’re interested in exploring Night City’s unique offerings, don’t miss our guide that includes all iconic weapons, as well as a walkthrough on how to obtain Johnny’s clothes and the Samurai jacket.

Can you Customize Cars in Cyberpunk 2077?

Update: In version 2.11 and version 2.2 respectively, the CrystalCoat and TWINTONE systems were added, which allow paint customization to specific cars. Vehicles that support this will have a spray paint icon shown in the AutoFixer listing, similar to how weaponized vehicles show the ammunition type. You have to press Y or use the D-Pad while driving the car.

At the onset of our manual, let’s clarify a common query: Regrettably, there is no option for vehicle customization within Cyberpunk. Despite its resemblance to Grand Theft Auto, CD Projekt RED has opted to maintain a more straightforward approach in this regard.

In Night City, it’s as if there are no options for V to alter their appearance through plastic surgery or hairdressing, just like there aren’t any working auto-customization shops to modify your car or motorcycle. It would be great if this feature gets added later on. However, some vehicles you can own come in various versions, with Jackie’s bike being an example of a customized version that can be found elsewhere in the city.

All Cars & Bikes in Cyberpunk 2077: every vehicle and how to unlock them

In the game Cyberpunk 2077, there are numerous options for both cars and motorcycles. Fortunately, they’re acquired following a consistent method. Here’s how you can obtain them, categorized by location, as well as those earned by finishing particular missions.

Free vehicles earned from quests

With the 2.0 updates and Phantom Liberty launch, we’ve increased the number of free vehicles even further! To help you easily find them all, we’ve created a dedicated page just for these free rides. Feel free to take a look!

AutoFixer – Street Cred Only

In Autofixer, many vehicles can be obtained once you accumulate a specific Street Cred level. Upon reaching this threshold, you’re free to visit any AutoFixer terminal and use your earned eurodollars to make the purchase. We also provide a comprehensive guide on how to acquire each vehicle, from the latest versions 2.0 onwards.

A note on Act 1: While the AutoFixer website will be available in Act 1, before the completion of the main job The Heist, only certain vehicles will be made available to purchase, regardless of how high you manage to push your Street Cred. For the rest of the vehicles, you’ll have to progress past The Heist in order to make them available for purchase.

AutoFixer – Vehicle Contracts for Muamar

In the Phantom Liberty DLC expansion, there are new features called Vehicle Contracts. Upon entering Dogtown, look out for a fresh green steering wheel icon on your map. This will guide you to the mission titled “Push It To The Limit.” In this task, you’ll be required to bring the vehicle back to the designated location for Muamar Reyes. Successfully completing this assignment will unlock standard vehicle contracts, all represented by the same green steering wheel symbol on your map.

Stepping into these vehicles initiates a loopable log entry named “Just Another Story”. Each vehicle comes with a designated drop-off point where you can return it, and your rewards will vary depending on how well you carry out the task.

There are a few variants based on the type of vehicle:

  • The standard version of the quest, where you’ll have to return the vehicle while avoiding combat with enemy chasers
  • Sometimes, a time-limit will be given where you have to return the vehicle as quick as possible for additional rewards.
  • Rarely, you may have to stay close to another vehicle for a short duration for Reyes to disable it and for V to bring it back to him.

Vehicle contracts offer substantial rewards. Not only do they provide you with rare weapons and mods, but they also grant a decent amount of skill shards and crafting materials. Furthermore, these contracts enable you to acquire more vehicles through the AutoFixer website. Additionally, you’ll receive coupons that will be automatically applied in the AutoFixer store.

To access every AutoFixer listing up for grabs, you should finish around 10 to 12 vehicle contracts in total. Along the journey, you’ll encounter a special job called “Baby Let Me Take You,” which rewards the player with a free Outlaw “Weiler” variant without any charge.
