In the ever-so-entertaining world of digital assets, one might say it was a week of highs and oh-so-lows. Shall we partake in a spot of tea and commiseration?
After a weekend of rather dull proceedings, with BTC lounging about at a paltry $86,000, Monday saw a spot of bother that sent the dear fellow tumbling to $80,000. But, fear not, for a brief rally ensued, boosting our digital friend back to $84,000. Such dramatics!
Alas, the joy was rather short-lived, as Tuesday brought a more alarming descent, with BTC breezing past $77,000. The bulls, however, galloped in to prevent further contretemps, and voilà, up to $84,000 we soared once more on the wings of favorable CPI figures. Yet, the cryptocurrency merrily slipped back to $80,000, as if to say, “Oh, let’s not get ahead of ourselves!”
In the past dozen hours or so, BTC has been dancing about near $84,000, but the overall picture remains bleak, dear readers. The weekly performance has been quite the downer, with most crypto assets drowning their sorrows in the red. Bitcoin leads the merry band with a 6% decline. Such fun!
Altcoins have been quarrelling amongst themselves, leading to BTC’s dominance reaching a four-year high. ETH, DOGE, ADA, LINK, LTC, and SUI have all been throwing a tantrum, with declines that would make even the stoutest of hearts wobble.
