I’ve noticed a new anime streaming service is really shaking things up. They’re offering fans non-stop access to both current popular shows and classic anime, which is pretty impressive.
ODK Media, the company behind several popular streaming services, announced a significant expansion of Amasian TV. They are launching two new free streaming channels – Anime 24/7 and Amasian TV Movies & More – which will be available on TCLtv+ and compatible TCL streaming devices.
To celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, which started in May, the company has launched two new free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels dedicated to anime, Asian entertainment, and Asian cultures.
New Free 24/7 Anime Streaming Service Is Now Available

- Anime 24/7: A dedicated, always-on destination for anime fans, featuring globally recognized franchises such as Demon Slayer and Fullmetal Alchemist, alongside serialized storytelling and themed programming blocks that encourage daily, habitual viewing.
- Amasian TV Movies & More: A curated movie channel featuring a diverse lineup of Asian films — from acclaimed titles like Burning and Better Days to action hits such as the Ip Man franchise — designed for shared, cinematic viewing and discovery.
Anime lovers can also enjoy around-the-clock access to popular and highly-rated shows like Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, and more.
In addition to free anime, Amasian TV Movies & More now features a selection of recent Korean and Chinese films. Some popular titles include A Gilded Game, High Forces, Ping Pong: The Triumph, Silence of Smoke, and Upstream.
ODK Media CEO Young J. Cha explains that their experience as a major publisher of Asian content shows how anime has become so popular. He believes this is because anime offers genuine, heartfelt stories rooted in unique cultures, which especially appeals to younger viewers.
Services such as Amasian TV have sped up this trend by making it easier to access Asian shows and movies. They offer a wide selection of high-quality content for free, and make it simple for people around the world to find and enjoy what they’re looking for.
What used to be a small, specialized interest, anime fandom has grown into something that introduces many people to different cultures, according to Peter Park, Chief Product & Chief Strategy Officer at ODK Media.
People aren’t just watching anime anymore—they’re embracing Asian culture in all aspects of life, from food and music to lifestyle and stories, and this is happening across different ages. Platforms like Amasian TV are speeding up this trend by making Asian culture easier to find, more engaging, and available to a worldwide audience.
We’re seeing a shift from simply watching shows to a deeper connection with anime and its culture. This strong cultural connection is why anime is so successful at attracting and keeping viewers on streaming platforms.
Channel Oishii is a great new channel that celebrates anime and Asian entertainment. It features enjoyable shows that combine food, culture, and heartwarming stories for everyone.
Popular shows include The Solitary Gourmet, which follows a businessman as he enjoys dining alone across Japan, and Shibuyummy, a fascinating look at Tokyo’s diverse food culture, from well-known restaurants to local gems. You can expect plenty of ramen and sushi along the way!
