This background will grant you access to a collection of enhancements that can be acquired using Coach Points. These enhancements, in turn, offer additional perks when recruiting high school athletes and players from the transfer portal, boosting your overall performance.

Additionally, modifying your Player Pipeline could potentially give you an advantage when targeting athletes from specific regions. For instance, if your current pipeline is based in Alabama, you’d already have a potential edge with a local recruit you’re interested in.

Despite this, it’s possible to attract exceptional recruits without needing a backstory or a similar pipeline. However, having these elements can provide an initial advantage as you embark on your journey.

Pipelines are categorized into five levels, with Level 5 indicating the highest quality and Level 1 representing the least efficient. Sharing a pipeline connection with any player is beneficial, even if it’s not the best; it’s still superior to having no connection at all!

Depth Chart & Team Needs

As a savvy gamer, I always make it a point to scrutinize my team’s lineup before considering a new recruit. I look for our strengths and weaknesses, focusing on the areas where we excel and those that require improvement. Additionally, I keep an eye out for players who are about to graduate, so I can plan ahead and fill the gaps in positions that will be left vacant in the future.

Suppose you join the Miami Hurricanes and start your career with Carson Beck as the starting quarterback. However, if he decides to leave after just one season, it would be wise to keep a few promising quarterback prospects in mind for future evaluation.

The Prospect List

In College Football’s Dynasty Mode, approximately 4,100 new recruits become available each season for teams to shape their roster. This abundance of options ensures that you won’t run out of players to pick from. However, the challenge lies in securing as many top-tier recruits with four and five star ratings as possible.

    • How to improve – Increase your poll ranking & quality of your roster
  • Program Tradition – Success of your school based on their history
    • How to improve – Increase appearances in National Titles, Playoff Games, Conference Championships, and Bowl Games. Furthermore, Heisman winners help improve this grade too.
  • Campus Lifestyle – Student experience between games on campus
    • How to improve – N/A
  • Stadium Atmosphere – How much home field advantage your school generates
    • How to improve – Increase home winning percentage, home game attendance, and earn winning streaks while improving prestige
  • Pro Potential – Likeliness of your player going pro
    • How to improve – Have several players on your team become projected draft picks in the NFL. 1st round players greatly increase Pro Potential
  • Brand Exposure – How much attention your school receives relative to the rest of the nation
    • How to improve – Playing more in Playoff, National Championship, Game of the Week, Streamed, or National TV game

  • Conference Prestige – Strength of conference relative to the rest of the nation

      • Improve your team
      • Use the “Force Win” option on CPU schedules, helping your conference rivals win meaningless games to make the conference look good.
  • Coach Stability – Organization’s confidence as well as Coach’s experience in the league
    • How to improve – Increase job security, accept long contracts, and keep coordinators with you for the long run.
  • Coach Prestige – Quality of Coaches
    • Hire good coordinators and exceed statistical expectations
  • Athletic Facilities  – Overall quality of Football Facilities

However, a player with a red gem tends to take longer to make progress. It’s also worth noting that not all players have gems; those without them develop at a standard pace.

Engaging in Player Acquisition – Spend significant time analyzing potential players and persuading them to become part of your squad. Essentially, you can accomplish various tasks here, such as:

  • Active Actions – Your current actions. Furthermore, you can also offer Scholarships and schedule visits here.

Each season, there are merely 35 scholarships available for distribution. Moreover, you may only arrange matches for a maximum of four players on a weekly basis.

The goal is to make the information clear and easy to understand while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.

  • Influence – Spend hours influencing the player to join your team. These include actions such as:
    • Searching the player on Social Media (5 Hours)

By comprehending their needs, you can present a compelling argument to guide their choice. Using assertive sales techniques can be an effective method to attract committed individuals to your team.

Additionally, you have the option to persuade players. By doing so, the pitch you’ve carefully chosen becomes their ideal for your school. This way, you can emphasize Playing Time as a key factor and still reap the benefits. I suggest using this method when you have a good understanding of the player.

Scheduling Visits

When you’re among the top five choices for a player in sports, you are eligible to arrange a meeting. In the College Football 26 Dynasty, you can extend an invitation to potential recruits to come and see your university. You could propose they attend a game or visit during a bye week. Both visits enhance your influence, but the first option offers more if you manage to win.

For instance, if you ask a potential recruit to watch you compete against the top-ranked Georgia team, beating them would significantly boost your appeal to that player. Additionally, you can also extend invitations to as many as four players each week.

When we face off against a top-tier TCU team next week, it’s crucial to arrange a visit that aligns with our confidence level in securing a victory. A successful outcome could boost your interest in joining us, while a loss might not leave the best impression. Therefore, let’s coordinate your visit when we feel most optimistic about our chances of emerging victorious.

Additionally, it’s possible to arrange for several players to come over during a week. We suggest arranging for recruits with compatible positions to attend the same visits. For instance, I arranged for a 3-star Free Safety (FS) to visit my school on a bye week. However, I also invited another recruit, a Strong Safety (SS), who would complement their visit.

As a devoted fan, I’d like to share that planning a visit takes up a total of 10 workweek hours. It’s essential to clarify that these hours aren’t dedicated to directly impacting the player.
