As a seasoned Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies mode enthusiast with countless hours spent uncovering secrets and battling hordes of the undead, I can confidently say that unlocking the Mega-Stuffy pet is a must for any solo player looking to survive the higher rounds.

In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the Zombies mode is packed with intriguing mysteries to explore, such as the Terminus Easter egg that allows you to summon a colossal plush toy companion to assist you. Here’s how you can unlock the BO6 Mega-Stuffy pet for your own gameplay experience.

How to unlock Mega-Stuffy

In much the same way as the zombie hellhound in Modern Warfare 3’s Zombies gameplay, the Terminus map features a beneficial companion named Mega-Stuffy that can be acquired as a pet. This large teddy bear will soar around the map, assisting you in defeating enemies and even reviving you if you get knocked out. This Easter egg is extremely useful, particularly for those playing alone.

As a gamer, to bring that colossal plush toy into play during our game, I’d have to start by locating and engaging with each of the six miniature plushies cleverly concealed across the game map first.

All six plushie locations

As you explore, the initial stuffed toy you come across will be positioned right beyond the spawn zone. Inside the Control Center, you’ll discover a locker containing a charming unicorn plush doll.

As you proceed towards Pack-a-Punch from Engineering, make sure to pause on the metal balcony. In the nook right beyond it, you’ll find what appears to be a small stuffed monkey, or a stuffed monkey toy.

In the heart of the Bio Lab, nestled snugly beneath a table, you’ll come across a cozy teddy bear plushie. This little buddy is tucked away among the medical stations scattered around the lab. You’ll find it neatly placed between my crafting station and the wall where armor vests are usually bought.

Inside the tunnels, you’ll find a cuddly stuffed elephant toy. Make sure to position yourself near the tunnels where the PhD Flopper perk dispenser is located. The elephant plushie is situated to the left side of the Gobblegum vending machine.

Set sail towards the Shipwreck Point of Interest, and take a look around the ship’s deck. You might come across a waste bin overflowing with junk. Inside it, you may discover a stuffed toy resembling a duck.

On the island labeled as Crab Island, situated at the crafting table, park your boat. After that, proceed directly beyond the crafting table towards a mobile light source. You’ll find a giraffe stuffed toy sitting nearby the light.

How to spawn Mega-Stuffy

After finding and playing with all six secret stuffed toys, it’s time for you to return to the main island. Make your way to the room that houses the Juggernog perk dispenser. This room features a few bunk beds and various assorted plushies scattered around.

Engage with any of the stuffed animals lying on the beds, and they’ll soar into the sky, combining to form a colossal plush toy known as Mega-Cuddly.

Currently, there’s a companion character in the game named Mega-Stuffy who can aid you in battling the horde. If you should fall in combat, Mega-Stuffy has the ability to revive you. This is advantageous during the early stages, but keep in mind that Mega-Stuffy can sustain damage and may not always make it through the more challenging rounds as the game progresses.
