As a die-hard fan of gripping spy thrillers and captivating performances, I’m absolutely ecstatic about the addition of Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli, and Michael Trucco to the cast of “Citadel” Season 2 on Amazon Prime Video! These talented actors bring a wealth of experience that promises to elevate this already intriguing series.

“Citadel” Season 2 at Amazon Prime Video has added a trio of recurring cast members.

It has been exclusively revealed that Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli, and Michael Trucco are set to join the upcoming season of the spy thriller series. They will be starring alongside returning actors Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, and Stanley Tucci. Previously announced additions to the second season include Jack Reynor, Matt Berry, and Gabriel Leone.

“Angela Russo-Otstot, executive producer for ‘Citadel’ and head creative officer at AGBO, stated that the second season will escalate the high-octane action and multidimensional characters introduced in the first season, delivering even more suspenseful surprises. Furthermore, the upcoming spinoffs ‘Citadel: Diana’ from Italy and ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ from India are set to broaden the narrative and reach of ‘Citadel.’ These new projects will expand the universe originally created by ‘Citadel.'”

More recently, Merle Dandridge made an appearance in the critically acclaimed HBO series “The Last of Us,” which is adapted from the video game with the same title. Notably, she reprised her character’s role that she initially voiced in the game. On screen, Dandridge has left a significant mark with roles in shows such as “Station 19”, “Greenleaf”, “The Flight Attendant”, and “Sons of Anarchy.” Beyond television, Dandridge boasts an impressive career on stage, having starred in Broadway productions like “Spamalot”, “Rent”, “Aida”, and “Tarzan.”

Besides collaborating with Flanagan on projects such as “The Fall of the House of Usher,” “Midnight Mass,” “The Life of Chuck,” and the film “Hush,” Trucco is also recognized for his roles in various television shows. These include his portrayal of Samuel Anders in the revamped “Battlestar Galactica,” appearances on series like “Disjointed,” “Pensacola: Wings of Gold,” “One Tree Hill,” and “Beverly Hills 90210.” Currently, he can be seen starring in the CBS series “Fire Country.”

He is repped by AFA Prime Talent Media and Innovative Artists.
