Cinna Claps Back at YouTuber for Slamming Valkyrae & Pokimane Stream

Streamer Cinna responded to a popular YouTube post that critiqued her collaborative stream during Subathon, in which she teamed up with Valkyrae and Pokimane on Twitch.

On March 1st, Twitch posted a clip from a stream on Twitter that caught my eye. YouTuber Endymion, with his massive 300k+ subscriber base, didn’t hold back in criticizing the Sis-a-thon stream by Twitch partners Twitch and Valkyrae. He drew parallels to Kai Cenat’s Batman Arkham marathon. His post blew up, garnering over 43k likes and a staggering 6.7 million views in no time.

As a gamer, let me put it this way: “Check it out! Kai Cenat was rocking full Batman outfits, complete with sets, and even had someone playing Robin, all while having a blast gaming. Yet here I am, surrounded by these ladies who seem content to just sit there, flaunting their styled hair, expecting us to entertain them for free.

As a gamer, I can’t believe I’m watching this. It seems like the bare minimum of content creation. Frankly, I’m surprised Twitch is even promoting it. The interactions are disappointing at best, and I wish for better days in the streaming community – let’s make streaming great again!

As a gamer, I’m trying to express how entertaining it was seeing Kai Cenat decked out as Batman, complete with sets and a companion playing as Robin, all while having a blast streaming games. It just seems unfair that some women expect me to sit down and watch them, flaunting their permed hair, and eat while asking for free money. I can’t help but wonder how anyone could find this entertaining in the first place…

Cinna responds to Endymion’s Twitch stream criticisms

In light of Endymion’s reply and the growing buzz around it, I jumped straight into a tweet-conversation with the game’s developer, weighing in with my thoughts on the latest update.

Kai boasts both production teams and an ability to create sets that surpass mine in complexity. He’s truly impressive with his work. This particular set was crafted manually by me – I designed it, arranged every guest appearance, and prepared each segment meticulously. However, you seem to be making your judgement based solely on one segment where we are seated.

We’ve completed a training program, brought on board an accomplished culinary artist to help transform us into skilled cooks, hosted cooking competitions and real-life interactions, all designed specifically for women content creators to foster positivity, and even partnered with prominent male creators in our field who were delighted to establish friendly relationships with us.

As a gamer, I’d like to express my disappointment in such narrow-minded judgments. Instead of evaluating based on one clip, let’s appreciate the effort put into the first female duo marathon. It’s disheartening to see creators being devalued this way. Let’s foster a more positive and inclusive gaming community, shall we?

If you decide to focus on minor aspects while spending most of your time on them, even when they seem peculiar and don’t align with the many impressive feats you’ve accomplished, it seems challenging to help you see a broader perspective. 😢

She commented, “If you decide to focus on insignificant instances during the majority of our time collaborating, while we’ve been working tirelessly to back an unconventional viewpoint such as this, despite all the fantastic work we’ve accomplished together, I fear there may be no hope for change.

Endymion instantly responds to Cinna

Shortly after, Endymion followed up with a response:

You and Nick both expressed dissatisfaction, mentioning that viewers choose Asmongold over you without understanding why. The root cause seems to be the perception that you offer little more than streaming yourself eating, while not providing engaging content or a reason for people to tune in consistently.

Instead of grumbling that your numbers are low or others are succeeding while you’re idle, and then swiftly adopting a victim mentality whenever criticized, try taking action and addressing concerns constructively.

It seems that no matter what happens, you have a large following who are ready to support you. However, it’s often observed that you shed tears during your streams. Meanwhile, individuals like Kai Cenat demonstrate excellent streaming techniques. If you feel inclined, continue streaming and requesting donations while shedding more tears.

You and your friend Nick both expressed dissatisfaction because some people prefer watching Asmongold over you, without fully understanding why. This situation mainly arises because you two believe that viewers should watch you merely by being present, without providing any engaging content beyond eating on the stream.

Currently, as I type this up, none of Cinna, Valkyrae, Pokimane, or Endymion have given any additional replies yet.

On Tuesday, the 25th of February in 2025, the co-stream event known as Sis-a-thon by Cinna and Valkyrae kicked off across their Twitch platforms. This extended stream continued for an entire week, wrapping up on Monday, March 3rd, 2025.

About a week ago, Cinna was embarrassed when Ludwig, during his Twitch broadcast, displayed their old chat logs from 2020, revealing some playful messages she had sent him. A few days later, they had an amusing real-life encounter where he brought up the issue during the stream.
