As a long-time fan who has followed Chunkz & Yung Filly’s journey from their humble beginnings to their meteoric rise, it’s disheartening to see this turn of events. The excitement for their first live podcast episode was palpable, and the anticipation had been building since its announcement.
The upcoming live event, “The Chunkz & Filly Show” scheduled for October 18 in London, has been called off. Those who had purchased tickets will be given refunds. Unfortunately, Yung Filly remains in Australia, as he faces trial on allegations of rape and assault.
Andres Barrientos, better known as Yung Filly, was transferred from Queensland to Western Australia on October 9 for allegations of non-consensual sexual activity and assault resulting in bodily harm. The incident is reported to have occurred in a hotel room following his performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 27.
Barrientos has been granted bail, meaning he is temporarily free, but he’s required to stay within Western Australia and consistently check-in with the local police.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the planned live performance with regular partner Chunkz, set for October 18 in London, has regrettably been called off.
On the event’s ticketing page for DICE, it now displays “Cancelled”. Those who had previously bought tickets can expect to receive their refunds.
One person shared a text message they received from DICE which reads: “The Chunkz & Filly Show Live has been cancelled, a full refund has been issued to the card you used to buy the ticket.”

As I write this, there’s been no reported public comment from Chunkz about Yung Filly’s arrest or accusations.

The initially planned live podcast performance in London was set to be their debut event, promising a blend of comedy, music, surprise guests, and additional entertainment. However, the webpage related to the event on the venue’s site appears to be unavailable now.
Beyond the cancellation of the show, Yung Filly’s “20 Women vs 1” Sidemen episode was hidden from public view on YouTube. Prior to its removal, the video had garnered over 43 million views, placing it among their most popular videos to date.
As part of his bail terms, Yung Filly is prohibited from discussing the case on social media.
