Chaos Unleashed: Tina Fey and Steve Carell’s Vacation Comedy Takes a Wild Turn!

Netflix recently unveiled pictures and a sneak peek video for “The Four Seasons,” a humorous television show inspired by the 1981 film with the same title. The new production will make its worldwide debut on May 1st.

In this series, Tina Fey stars as one of six friends who plan a peaceful getaway. However, they discover that a couple among them is on the verge of separation, a revelation that significantly alters the relationships between the trios: Kate (Fey) and Jack (Will Forte), Nick (Steve Carell) and Anne (Kerri Kenney-Silver), as well as Danny (Colman Domingo) and Claude (Marco Calvani).

As per the official summary, “The Four Seasons” series will depict a group of couples throughout a year, featuring their vacations together and observing how these trips cause disruptions in their relationships, bringing hidden issues to light and creating new ones.

The eight-part, thirty-minute show is jointly developed, overseen, and penned by Fey together with Tracey Wigfield and Lang Fisher, who additionally take on the role of director. David Miner and Eric Gurian are also involved as additional executive producers.

In the television series, Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman take charge of episodes one and two, while Oz Rodriguez handles episodes three and four. Jeff Richmond, the executive producer, directs episode five, followed by Colman Domingo in the director’s chair for episode six. Lastly, the co-creator and showrunner Fisher oversees the direction of the final two episodes.

In “The Four Seasons,” Erika Henningsen is among the main cast, while Julia Lester, Alan Alada, Ashlyn Maddox, Jacob Buckenmyer, Taylor Ortega, Simone Recasner, Toby Edward Huss, Tommy Do, Chloe Troast, Jack Gore, and Cole Tristan Murphy make special appearances.
