I have to admit, I’m a little worried about The Witcher now that Liam Hemsworth is taking over from Henry Cavill as Geralt. It really makes you wonder if even the most dedicated fans will stick around to see how the story ends. The show took a pretty big hit in quality between seasons 3 and 4 – no episode even managed a 4.4 on IMDb! Hopefully, with a new lead, they can turn things around and give us a fantastic finale. Here’s what I’ve found out about when and what to expect from Season 5.

The film, titled Ikatan Darah (also known as Blood Ties), is a new production from Iko Uwais, the star of The Raid, through his company, Uwais Pictures. Along with another film, Timur (which Uwais directed and starred in), Ikatan Darah aims to bring the same intense action and incredible fight choreography as his previous hits, The Raid and The Night Comes for Us. And judging by what we’ve seen, it absolutely delivers.

I’m really excited about the new Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 movie! It’s going to bring us back to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza for another scary adventure with those creepy animatronics. And get this – Coming Soon said you can even get popcorn in buckets themed after the movie while you’re watching! It’s going to be a full experience.

Jared Leto’s new movie, Tron: Ares, isn’t performing well in theaters worldwide. It’s expected to earn less overall than his previous film, the 2022 superhero movie Morbius.

I had a general idea of what Edge of Tomorrow was about – a futuristic military story involving time travel, and that Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt starred in it. That was pretty much it. Honestly, I avoided watching it for a while because it seemed a bit silly. I’m a big fan of Tom Cruise, having grown up watching films like Top Gun and Days of Thunder repeatedly. But I’m starting to get tired of seeing him always play the flawless hero, like in the upcoming Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

Most TV shows don’t make a lasting impression with their very first scene, but Justified did exactly that. The show, which finished airing nearly ten years ago, has become a fan favorite on FX, and memorable moments like its opening scene were key to building its strong reputation.

Uwais will direct and star in Timur, a film inspired by the 1996 hostage crisis in Mapenduma and the subsequent rescue operation led by current Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto. The film will feature Uwais alongside action stars Andri Mashadi (The Shadow Strays), Yusuf Mahardika (Borderless Fog), and Yasamin Jasem (Temurun), as well as Prabowo Subianto himself, who participated in the actual Operation Mapenduma. Each of these films has earned over $1 billion globally. Now, people are focused on the cast of Avengers: Doomsday, especially Robert Downey Jr.’s new role as Doctor Doom instead of Iron Man, and how this movie could change the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But before the next big Avengers film comes out next year, fans will get a lighter, enjoyable team-up next week.
