Even though Beast Games faced criticism and a lawsuit regarding its working conditions, the first season was a huge success for Prime Video. It became the platform’s most popular unscripted series and the second-biggest series launch of 2024, following Fallout season one. Due to this success, the show has been renewed for two more seasons. Season two will begin filming in June 2025 with 200 contestants, and will focus on a “Strong vs. Smart” theme, dividing the players evenly.

Before the devastating war that turned the world into the wasteland seen in Fallout, there was a conflict in Alaska – the Battle of Anchorage. This was a fight between the United States and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, and while it was part of a bigger war, it’s the Alaskan conflict that most fans remember. Seeing it depicted in Fallout Season 2 is a really exciting moment, creating a memorable scene for both the show and the entire Fallout franchise.

The characters are more troubled than ever as they desperately seek fulfillment, making this the best season of Industry yet. Despite being incredibly wealthy, everyone is deeply unhappy, and that contrast is what makes the show so compelling.

A recent report by Daniel Richtman indicates that Hayley Atwell will portray several characters in the new film. While details are still emerging, earlier reports suggested she might play different iterations of her character, Peggy Carter.

In a CNN documentary, Chase talks about his time on Saturday Night Live and how he felt being left out of SNL50, the big celebration marking the show’s 50th anniversary. As one of the very first cast members and a major early star, it was clearly upsetting for him to be excluded. He explained, saying:

Netflix has confirmed that The Boroughs is set to premiere in 2026. The series stars Alfred Molina (Spider-Man: No Way Home) as Sam Geena Davis, (Thelma and Louise) as Renee, Alfre Woodard (Clemency) as Judy, Denis O’Hare (This Is Us) as Wally, Clarke Peters (The Wire) as Art and Bill Pullman (Independence Day) as Jack. I’ve been noticing David Harbour was pretty much missing from all the recent Stranger Things final season press, and it got me thinking about his openness in the past regarding his personal struggles. He’s talked about battling alcoholism and, back in 2018 on Marc Maron’s WTF! podcast, he revealed something he’d never discussed publicly before: a period of intense religious exploration and a year and a half of sobriety. That’s when things took a turn, and he experienced a manic episode that led to a bipolar diagnosis and a stay in a facility. Thankfully, it sounds like he’s doing much better now, and he’s still got some exciting projects lined up, including returning as Red Guardian in the 2026 Avengers: Doomsday and Violent Night 2.
