A new romantic interest could appear alongside Robert Pattinson’s Batman in the sequel. Unfortunately, Zoë Kravitz likely won’t be returning as Catwoman, which will disappoint fans of the character. The film is currently planned for release on October 1, 2027 – over five years after the first movie premiered in March 2022. Director Matt Reeves told The Hollywood Reporter this September that filming will begin in the spring, explaining the delay was due to wanting to perfect the script and make it the best it could be. He joked that he could ask Scarlett Johansson for feedback, given her experience with sequels.

Okay, so Five Nights at Freddy’s 2… it definitely tries to do a lot more. I appreciate the ambition, and it looks better, no question. But honestly, it’s kind of a mess. It swaps out the simple, effective creepiness of the first game for a bunch of confusing stuff. It builds up this whole world, but instead of making things scarier, it just feels… smaller. It’ll build some tension, and then just throws it away to focus on expanding lore that doesn’t really add anything.

Imogen Poots leads in The Chronology of Water, a film inspired by Lidia Yuknavitch’s memoir. It tells the story of a woman coping with trauma and loss by expressing herself through art. Kristen Stewart, in addition to her role in The Twilight Saga, has appeared in films like Snow White and the Huntsman, Love Lies Bleeding, Charlie’s Angels, and Spencer – the latter earning her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress.

A recent report from The DisInsider suggests Marvel Studios may have cancelled their plans for the Blade movie, even though there’s been talk of it still being in development. The report claims Blade, played by Mahershala Ali, could instead appear in the upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars or a potential Midnight Sons film. However, The DisInsider admits their Marvel information isn’t always accurate, so this should be considered just a rumor.

I was so excited when Denis Villeneuve made a sequel to Blade Runner, and it was amazing to see Ryan Gosling, Ana de Armas, Dave Bautista, Robin Wright, Edward James Olmos, Jared Leto, and David Dastmalchian all in it! The hit show Taskmaster is coming to the U.S. for a tour in January 2025, following a promotional visit for its 19th season starring Jason Mantzoukas. The tour will include shows in New York City (January 22-23), Chicago (January 15), Boston (January 17), Philadelphia (January 19), and Washington, D.C. (January 21). Each show will feature different celebrity guests and give audience members a chance to participate in challenges. Attendees can also expect tasks designed by Alex Horne for the whole crowd, a Q&A with Greg Davies and Alex Horne, and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the series.

Marvel Studios is adding another mutant character to its growing list for on-screen appearances. Byron Bowers will play Doorman (real name DeMarr Davis) in the upcoming Disney+ series, Wonder Man. Scarlett Johansson has been discussing the lawsuit she filed against Disney in 2021, expressing her disappointment that more people in the industry didn’t publicly support her. The dispute started when Disney decided to release her movie, Black Widow, both in theaters and on their streaming service, Disney+, at the same time due to the pandemic. This change impacted her potential earnings, as her bonus was tied to how well the movie performed in theaters, so she took legal action. The case was reportedly settled for $40 million.

Directed by Breck Eisner and written by Cory Goodman, Matt Sazama, and Burk Sharpless, the 2015 film blends action, fantasy, and Vin Diesel. Diesel stars as Kaulder, an immortal witch hunter who, after 800 years of living with a curse, continues to fight witches in the present day. The film also features Rose Leslie, Elijah Wood, Michael Caine, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, and Julie Engelbrecht.

New artwork from ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps – The Art of the Movie’ offers a look at Galactus without his helmet. The concept art, featuring Ralph Ineson’s portrayal of the character, shows his bare head and his helmet lying nearby amidst rubble. Marvel Studios has released the images, revealing the purple-clad villain’s face and how his costume extends around the sides of his head and over his ears.
