The developer announced that the game’s release date is being moved from October 31st to November 26th. This delay is a result of “ongoing global trade and tariff changes that delayed shipment of the components” needed for the physical copies of the game.

The recall affects over twenty-four products, including State Fair corn dogs and Jimmy Dean pancake and sausage sticks – items that are normally made with wood supports.
The $325 Deluxe Edition of the book is a limited print run of just 1,994 copies. It includes special features such as exposed binding, a beautiful clamshell presentation box, and exclusive art prints. Currently, 50 copies have already been purchased through Read Only Memories, suggesting it will sell out quickly.

Go Hamazaki, a character featured in both Yakuza 3 and Yakuza 4, was initially voiced by George Takahashi. However, the upcoming remake will feature a different voice actor. RGG Studio hasn’t publicly stated the reason for this change-perhaps Takahashi was unavailable during production-but it’s a common practice for them. They’ve recast voice actors in the past and likely will again. The biggest surprise isn’t just the recasting, though; it’s that Teruyuki Kagawa will be providing both the voice *and* the facial model for the character.
