Paramount Skydance is aiming to buy both Warner Bros. and Discovery, companies that are currently combined but plan to split up before any deal could be finalized. Netflix, however, is only interested in acquiring Warner Bros. David Ellison, CEO of Paramount Skydance, stated that their offer is better than Netflix’s in every way. Furthermore, Skydance has several promising video games in development, which could make them a great match for Warner Bros. Games, or vice versa.

Metroid Prime 4 immediately feels like a classic Metroid Prime game. It successfully blends fast-paced, first-person shooting with the imaginative boss battles and exploration that fans of Metroidvania games love.

Despite being around since 2019 on Prime Video—and even earlier as a comic book—the darkly humorous superhero series The Boys hasn’t had its own dedicated video game… until now.

Recent legal documents, as reported by Game File, show that Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games were developing a complete remake of Knights of the Old Republic II (KOTOR 2). The project, internally known as “Juliet,” aimed to modernize the beloved 2004 RPG and was being worked on at the same time as the KOTOR remake, which Saber Interactive confirms is still in progress. However, unlike the KOTOR remake, development on KOTOR 2’s remake appears to have stopped as recently as March 2025. Lucasfilm Games VP Douglas Reilly stated in court testimony that if the remake had been completed, it would have included the downloadable content originally planned for the 2022 Nintendo Switch announcement.

You can now preorder the game on the Meta Quest store for a special price of $24. It’s not available for preorder on PSVR 2 just yet, but you can add it to your wishlist on the PlayStation Store.

The Tekken series started in 1994 as an arcade game, and Katsuhiro Harada, a key figure in its development, recently reminisced about those early days. He remembers personally hauling arcade machines and enthusiastically encouraging people to give TEKKEN a try, interacting directly with players. While primarily focused on Tekken, Harada has also contributed to games like Pokémon’s fighting game, Pokkén Tournament, the Soul Calibur series, and various VR projects. Demonstrating the series’ enduring popularity, Tekken 8 won Best Fighting Game at last year’s Game Awards – a remarkable achievement after 30 years.
