The past three years have felt like a long time, and the second season of *Alice in Borderland* left viewers with a major cliffhanger. After finally escaping the deadly games and returning to reality, Usagi and Arisu seemed poised for a happy ending – but the final shot revealed a Joker card, hinting that their troubles might not be over.
Marvel Zombies is pretty much what you’d expect: Marvel’s famous heroes and villains are transformed into zombies. This creates some interesting twists, as heroes can become the bad guys, and villains might even become allies.
Okay, so the game’s getting delayed, but honestly, I’m okay with that! The team wants more time to really polish things and make sure it’s the best experience possible, which I totally appreciate. The showcase began with a look at D-Topia, a sci-fi game set in the future. Players take on the role of a human helping people in a world managed by artificial intelligence. We also met the creators of D-Topia, Marumittu Games – a small team of just two people: a programmer and an artist.
Good news for Steam players! Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 are getting more language options. Sega also announced new physical versions of both games for consoles and PC. According to the store pages, the new Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut doesn’t allow players to transfer their progress or save files from the original Yakuza 0 game. The original Yakuza 0 was first released on PlayStation 4, and later on Steam and Xbox One. This Director’s Cut will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, both as a digital download and a physical copy (though physical copies may not be available in all regions).

Annapurna Interactive announced *People of Note* as one of three games they’ll be showcasing at Tokyo Game Show 2025. Unlike the other two – the puzzle-adventure game *D-topia* and the action-platformer *Demi and the Fractured Dream* – *People of Note* is an RPG. Playable demos for all three games, including *People of Note*, will be available at the event in Makuhari Messe.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties combines a fully updated version of Yakuza 3 with a new game starring Yoshitakan Mine, a character from the original Yakuza 3. The remake also adds fresh content to the original game. You can watch trailers for both games in Japanese and English below.
