A cat named Louis Vuitton in Canada is becoming famous online for his daily trips across the US-Canada border. People are playfully calling him the cutest ‘criminal’ because of it.

Okay, so I was checking out this crazy spot in South Surrey, British Columbia, and there’s this road called ‘0 Avenue’. Get this – it’s right on the US-Canada border! Seriously, you’re standing on one side and you’re in Canada, step over a big grassy ditch, and you’re in the States. They’ve got signs up telling people not to cross, but it’s wild how simple the border is there.

Despite the potential dangers, a fluffy longhaired cat continues to roam freely. This brown and white tabby, nicknamed ‘Louis Vuitton,’ confidently walks back and forth across the ditch multiple times each day.

People in the area have really fallen in love with the cat, and he’s now famous on social media in both countries.

Deb Tate, Louis’s owner, told CTV News Vancouver that her pet’s sudden popularity has been “a bit mind-blowing.”

“He kinda flaunts his recklessness for the law,” she laughed in an interview.

Local news sources playfully reported that the cat was jokingly accused of “smuggling” mice from the US to Canada, treating them like gifts for his mother.

“He doesn’t go through customs,” one neighbor joked. “He’s got a paws-port.”

People online responded with plenty of puns about the incident, including one YouTube commenter who joked, “He’s a CAT: Canadian-American Trespasser.”

“He’s a dual kitizen,” another wrote.

A black cat named Louis recently became an internet sensation after veterinarians saved her life. She was scheduled to be euthanized because of a blocked intestine, but they discovered the blockage was caused by her having swallowed 26 hair ties!
