Castlevania's Alucard Enters Dead by Daylight's Fog As A Legendary Skin

As a long-time fan of both Castlevania and Dead by Daylight, this news has sent a thrill down my spine that resembles the chill of a cold, moonlit night in Transylvania. The addition of Alucard as a legendary skin for Trevor Belmont is not just a game-changer; it’s a testament to the power of fan enthusiasm and the creative synergy between these two iconic franchises.

In the upcoming Public Test Build (PTB), it appears that Alucard from Castlevania is slated to be added to Dead by Daylight as a distinctive, legendary outfit. This is indicated by the August roadmap.

Today on the asymmetrical game’s X/Twitter, a roadmap was shared indicating an August 27 release date for the Castlevania chapter along with a “Castlevania Collection.” A snapshot of Alucard’s figure was also included in the post.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the inclusion of Alucard in the next installment of Castlevania, and now it seems their wishes may come true! Interestingly, Alucard will be unique among game characters by being the offspring of a villain, specifically the newly introduced antagonist, Dracula.

In the initial rollout, Trevor Belmont’s character won’t be accompanied by an Alucard-like legendary skin for Dracula, his father. At present, only one legendary cosmetic for Castlevania has been revealed, but there’s a chance that more might appear either in future updates or even upon the chapter’s launch.
