One issue with Overwatch 2‘s perk system has made one underestimated tank character exceptionally hard to defeat, transforming her into an even more formidable adversary to confront.
The Junker Queen stands out as one of the underestimated characters within the game, even more so since she received additional abilities that give her strength beyond what many players assume. Her impressive self-healing capabilities, efficient mobility, and powerful ultimate make her a significant danger to opponents.
Yet, despite a significant glitch causing issues in advanced Overwatch matches, she gains more strength due to this bug. The glitch often improves many of her matchups by enabling her to become virtually invincible, owing to a synergy between the Perk and her self-healing ability.
Junker Queen’s healing is off the charts
The Junker Queen’s special ability, Savage Satiation, gives her a full 100% lifesteal when using Carnage, augmenting the healing she already receives from her passive and bleed damage. There’s a glitch in the game, though, that lets Junker Queen acquire lifesteal not only from striking champions but also from shields and deployable items, effectively allowing her to heal significantly without even attacking an enemy champion.
Based on observations from top player Romani, it’s been found that Junker Queen can almost completely restore her health by attacking a Mei wall with Carnage. Interestingly, this glitch also seems to apply to deployables such as Torbjorn’s turret and protective barriers like Reinhardt’s shield.
So apparently you can axe heal off of Mei wall with savage satiation perk LOL

It appears that a glitch affecting lifesteal Perks might not be exclusive to Junker Queen, but rather may extend to other similar Perks in the game as well. However, since Junker Queen can achieve 100% lifesteal with Carnage, it could make her virtually invincible in matches with an abundance of buildables or shields, making her one of the characters most proficiently utilizing this glitch and potentially one of the strongest in the game.
This even works on NPCs, such as the Omnics on the canal on Rialto.
In the early stages, it’s not shocking to encounter glitches with Perk abilities, but this does turn her into a persistent threat, which is definitely an issue that requires attention. When you pair this with some of Junker Queen’s most potent perks, you’re probably set to rule the rankings if you can use this strategy effectively.
