A new mission is coming to Hitman: World of Assassination where Agent 47 will partner with Bruce Lee to eliminate a target. Called “The Infiltrator,” this mission starts on September 25th and will be available to play until November 20th.
In this mission, Agent 47 goes undercover at a hidden martial arts tournament in Bangkok’s Himmapan Hotel, which is secretly controlled by a criminal organization. Joining him is Agent Lee, played by Bruce Lee, who is competing to win the tournament and expose the leader of the Concord Union. As Lee fights his way through the competition, Agent 47 will protect him and eliminate any dangers that arise.
In addition to the new contract, IO Interactive is releasing a Bruce Lee-themed DLC during the event. For just $5, players can permanently unlock a special Elusive Target mission, Bruce Lee’s iconic yellow tracksuit from the film *Game of Death*, decorations for their safehouse, and new weapons like kali sticks, a jade dagger, and the Golden Dragon scissors.
The latest update kicks off the ‘Season of the Dragon’ in Hitman: World of Assassination, bringing new challenges and contracts for players. Expect two new challenges, two sets of Featured Contracts, and the return of four Elusive Targets. Plus, Hitman: World of Assassination on Steam now has a free VR update. If you’re a PlayStation 5 owner, the Hitman: World of Assassination Anniversary Edition launches October 17th.
IO Interactive, the team behind the Hitman series, is currently developing a James Bond game called 007: First Light. After showing off some gameplay earlier this month, they’ve shared more details about the game, which is scheduled to launch on March 27, 2026. Players can expect massive levels – some of the largest the studio has ever created – and intense gunfights designed to feel like an authentic James Bond experience.
