Back in the day, it was a joy to grab a full year of PlayStation Plus for just $60 in the U.S., but oh, those were golden times! The selection of new and classic games you got made every penny worth it. Fast forward to now, with game prices escalating (get ready for the day when they hit $100 per title), a full year of PS Plus Premium remains a fairly priced deal amidst these price hikes.

PS Plus prices are going up in Latin America and Australia

As of April 16, 2025, Sony will increase the prices of its PlayStation Plus service in Latin America and Australia. This adjustment applies to all three membership tiers – Essential, Extra, and Premium – for monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions.

Rest assured if you’re currently subscribed, the revised pricing won’t affect your account until the billing date beyond June 24th. Any adjustments to your membership made on or after April 16th, such as upgrades, downgrades, or plan extensions, will be subject to the new rates.
