Blake Lively Alleges Justin Baldoni Made Two Other ‘It Ends With Us’ Actors ‘Uncomfortable’ on Set and They Will Testify at Trial

In a revised lawsuit filed last Tuesday evening, Blake Lively claimed that her “It Ends With Us” co-star, Justin Baldoni, had made two other female cast members feel uneasy during filming, and both women are prepared to provide testimony in court if necessary.

The 141-page report asserts that “Ms. Lively wasn’t the only one expressing issues with Mr. Baldoni, but instead voiced her concerns in real-time as they occurred in 2023. It’s crucial to note that unlike the storyline fabricated by the defendants, Mr. Baldoni admitted to receiving these complaints in writing back then. He was aware that other women besides Ms. Lively were uneasy and had expressed discomfort about his actions.

Although the women’s identities remain unspecified, the allegation indicates that they consented to disclose the essence of their conversations with Ms. Lively and are prepared to provide relevant documents during the discovery phase, should they be requested.

In May 2023, Lively claims that following her own expressions of worry, another female cast member also voiced similar concerns to Sony’s Ange Gianetti and a film producer. Despite having significant apprehensions about speaking up, this female cast member still decided to express her feelings, which were that the project was being negatively affected by Mr. Baldoni’s behavior, according to the complaint. Ms. Gianetti then relayed these concerns to Wayfarer.

The complaint states that Baldoni wrote to a female cast member in June, acknowledging her concerns and promising changes. Yet, the document asserts that Wayfarer failed to examine this alleged misconduct or put protective measures in place straight away.

On June 8, the complaint asserts that the same female cast member shared her increasing worries about working conditions with Lively once more. Lively replied: “I find it incredibly difficult to communicate with him. I try to hide it behind being busy, but I’m not sure that masks my true feelings.

During a later conversation, another actress from the show shared with Ms. Lively that she also experienced discomfort on set. This incident took place, as evidenced by written records, nearly a year prior to when the film’s editing process started.

In addition to the original lawsuit, Lively has included a claim of defamation. She accuses Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s lawyer, of distributing inflammatory statements to media outlets and making false or true remarks that damage her reputation and discourage others from supporting her. Furthermore, Jed Wallace, a crisis PR representative who has collaborated with Baldoni’s team, and his company, Street Relations Inc., have also been added as defendants in the lawsuit.

The reps from Baldoni, Wayfarer, Sony, and Freedman didn’t get back to us right away after our query for a statement from EbMaster.

The most recent update in the prolonged court case involving “It Ends With Us,” titled the amended complaint, stems from the initial accusation of sexual harassment made by Lively against Baldoni back in December. She also claimed that his actions inflicted substantial emotional distress on her and her family, and further alleged he attempted to damage her reputation maliciously.

In the heart of New York’s federal court, I find myself embroiled in a legal dispute with my colleague, Ryan Lively. He asserts that I have tarnished his reputation with baseless accusations, claims which I firmly refute. My case has drawn in Lively’s partner, Ryan Reynolds, numerous publicists, and even the esteemed New York Times, who initially reported on Lively’s initial filing.

A trial date is set for March 2026.
