Black Ops 6 Movement Is Even More Ridiculous Than You Think

As a seasoned Call of Duty player with decades under my gaming belt, I must say, the latest addition to the franchise, Black Ops 6, has me positively frothing at the mouth! The introduction of dolphin diving has taken the gameplay experience to new heights, and it feels like a dream come true for those of us who’ve spent countless hours mastering the original “dolphin dive.”

For quite some time, “dolphin diving” has been a beloved means of traversal within the Call of Duty gaming world. The upcoming title in the series, Black Ops 6, is set to revolutionize this well-liked technique by presenting players with an innovative method to embody their inner dolphins.

I stumbled upon this exciting new feature shortly after Call of Duty unveiled their multiplayer trailer on YouTube. In the trailer, they showcased familiar mechanics like the meatshield and demonstrated how omnimovement plays out in practice. However, what truly grabbed my attention was the reveal that players can now perform a Dolphin Dive, escaping the water, and employ omnimovement to orchestrate thrilling action sequences reminiscent of Max Payne’s style.

For individuals unfamiliar with the term “dolphin dive”, it refers to a maneuver where participants jump forward and upon landing, assume a flat position on the ground. In mid-air, they resemble leaping dolphins, which is how this action got its name.

In Black Ops 6, I’ll get the chance to leap out of the water – this is going to be a mind-blowing feature for Warzone!

Apart from this latest trailer, Activision has also unveiled another one recently – a new zombie-themed trailer. This one follows directly from the Zombie mode in Black Oops: Cold War. The much-anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is due out on October 25, but fans will have an early taste starting August 30, with the beta scheduled to begin then.
