Bill Burr Doesn’t Get How Elon Musk ‘Gives a Shout Out to Hitler’ and ‘Still Has a Job,’ Says Liberals ‘Had One Day of Outrage… and We Kind of Just Move On’

Bill Burr‘s interview on “The Breakfast Club” radio show, as part of his promotional tour for his new Hulu comedy special, saw him criticizing Elon Musk. Burr expressed astonishment over how Musk remains employed despite publicly performing the Nazi salute during an event for Donald Trump’s inauguration, a gesture that continues to upset Burr.

Musk expressed bewilderment by saying, “I can’t comprehend why so many military veterans have given their lives to stop Hitler, yet there still seems to be support for someone who performs a Nazi salute, especially considering he’s an immigrant. It just doesn’t make sense to me. One can claim to love the troops and America, but how can they endorse this person who pays tribute to Hitler?

Burr emphasized that his disagreement with Musk is unrelated to political affiliations, but regrettably, it keeps getting drawn into politics by those on both sides.

Senator Burr clarified he wasn’t condemning all Republicans; it was just one individual who performed a disturbing gesture. He found it surprising that the reaction from liberals only lasted a day and then seemed to be forgotten, as if they were trying something and realizing it didn’t work.

This week, Burr appeared on NPR’s “Fresh Air” and delivered a highly controversial interview. In it, he didn’t just criticize Elon Musk for perceived similarities to a Nazi, but also chastised liberals for their supposed fear of Musk’s increasing political power. He described Musk as a “foolish” man with “artificially colored hair and a plastic-like appearance.

Burr stated that he finds it hard to accept that Musk’s salute at Trump’s inaugural event was merely a coincidence, twice performed as the Sieg Heil gesture.

Burr went on to say, ‘I dislike liberals because they lack any real impact. They just express shock and say they’re leaving the country over something trivial. It’s as if they’re planning to depart due to someone with dyed hair, fake hair extensions, and a plastic-looking face! This person makes poor cars and uses an outdated social media site. Why doesn’t he leave? Why are we so fearful of this man who can hardly defend himself in a physical altercation?’

Burr’s latest comedy special, “Drop Dead Years,” is now available to stream on Hulu.
