‘Better Call Saul’ Alum Peter Gould Sets FX Drama Pilot ‘Disinherited,’ Victoria Pedretti and Kiera Allen to Star

As a film enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve learned that FX has commissioned a new dramatic series, penned by the talented Peter Gould. In this exciting venture, we have Victoria Pedretti and Kiera Allen stepping into the limelight as our leading ladies! Can’t wait to see what they bring to the table in this intriguing project.

Entitled “Disinherited,” the official synopsis explains, “An unforeseen inheritance propels two resourceful sisters into a realm of inherited riches and concealed misdeeds from past generations.

Gould will not only pen the script but also lead and supervise the production of the pilot, and he’ll be doing this alongside writing. Rian Johnson, Ram Bergman, and Nena Rodrigue from T-Street are among those who will oversee the project as executive producers. FX Productions is responsible for its creation.

Besides the latest original pilots that FX has commissioned, there are also two others: one being a spin-off of “Snowfall” featuring Gail Bean and Isaiah John, and another dramatic series titled “Seven Sisters,” starring Elizabeth Olsen and Cristin Milioti.

Previously, Gould played a significant role as both co-creator and showrunner for the successful AMC series “Better Call Saul.” He also directed several episodes of this series, including its final episode. Moreover, he contributed to “Breaking Bad,” which served as the prequel to “Better Call Saul” by writing and producing it. Among his other works is the creation of the HBO movie titled “Too Big to Fail.

He is repped by CAA, Larchmont Literary Agency, and Jackoway Austen Tyerman.

Pedretti gained recognition for her roles in Mike Flanagan’s Netflix series “The Haunting of Hill House” and as Love Quinn in the popular Netflix show “You”. She collaborated with Flanagan again on “The Haunting of Bly Manor”, and has also appeared in films such as “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”, “Origin”, and “Ponyboi”.

She is reppedby by CAA, Entertainment 360, 2PM SHARP, and Sloan Offer.

I’m primarily recognized for my collaboration with Sarah Paulson in the psychological thriller movie “Run,” which streamed on Hulu. Next up, you can catch me working alongside Dennis Quaid and Josh Hutcherson in Jonathan Sobol’s film titled “Littlemouth.

She is repped by Paradigm, Entertainment 360 and Peikoff/Mahan.
