In this game, you might find yourself irritated by the stamina system early on. As you traverse the world, your character’s heart rate rises, eventually causing them to tire and stop running. This is displayed at the bottom right of the screen, alongside the health bar, and the edges of the screen grow dim as you reach your maximum heart rate. To alleviate this, you’ll want to boost your maximum heart rate as quickly as possible.

How To Increase Your Stamina

One effective method for enhancing your endurance over the long term is by consistently engaging in regular exercise that challenges your body beyond its current limits and allows it time to recover.

Navigating to the skills menu, you’ll find “Endurance Training” listed in the Conditioning section. This is the skill located at the top left within that particular segment of the menu. Activating it will boost your maximum stamina and gradually increase your heart rate, enabling you to run for extended periods without needing to pause. Additionally, it silences the bothersome heartbeat sound that plays frequently when you’re running with a high heart rate.

To acquire the Endurance Training skill, you’ll need to gather five Training Stimulants instead of a Skill Book. These stimulants can be found by opening treasure chests or scavenging them from other players across the world in Atomfall.

Once you’ve gained access to the Endurance Training abilities, your in-game stamina will reach its peak and there will be no additional methods to boost it or decrease your heart rate within the game.
