Bella Ramsey is able to share only limited details about Ellie’s journey in the second season of The Last of Us. Though fans may already have an idea due to having played the games or watched walkthroughs, the show offers significantly more depth than what was initially presented. In a conversation with Jimmy Fallon, Ramsey has been careful not to reveal too much about the upcoming season. During filming this year, they took home an important prop from the set, but they’re keeping mum on its identity as it could be considered a spoiler. However, they did hint at a rollercoaster of emotions for Ellie, describing her experience as “intense, dark, and somewhat angry.” There are many unresolved feelings in Ellie that surface in ways that may not be healthy. Here’s hoping she gets to address some of those feelings with Catherine O’Hara, who portrays a therapist, perhaps even starting with some breathing exercises.
