The popular YouTube personality, MrBeast, has had his Amazon Prime game show, titled Beast Games, extended for another season. There are even whispers of a potential third season on the horizon, given its impressive debut back in early 2025 which broke several records.
Jimmy, known as ‘MrBeast’, is quickly transforming from an internet figurehead to a television game show host, with his influence on YouTube gradually spilling over into the real world.
This YouTuber has previously provided voiceovers for multiple characters in popular animated series such as Kung Fu Panda 4 and Love, Death & Robots on Netflix, and moreover, his self-produced game show debuted on Amazon Prime Video this year.
‘Beast Games’, an endeavor that pushed the boundaries, managed to shatter more than 40 Guinness World Records, making it the biggest game show ever produced. It appears that Amazon found this project particularly captivating, as they’ve decided to extend it for another two seasons.
Casting underway for Beast Games Season 2
Excitingly, I’ve learned through Deadline that Donaldson’s Beast Games is gearing up for more action with Seasons 2 and 3! Already, the audition process has begun for Season 2, which means we might be seeing new characters joining the fray soon. Can’t wait to see what’s in store!
Although Amazon has not explicitly confirmed that Season 3 is underway, there are whispers within the entertainment industry suggesting that it’s on its way. This notion is reinforced by remarks made by Mike Hopkins, who heads up Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.
During a panel at the Milken Institute Global Conference on May 7th, Hopkins expressed his belief that we’ll be doing a few more seasons of it shortly.
In April, it seemed as if Donaldson was suggesting a long future for the program when he told Deadline that “it’s possible we could run for another 10 seasons.
