Okay, so I just watched this crazy thing! This 50-year-old dude actually BASE jumped – well, not exactly *jumped* – he rode down a 70-meter ramp built on the side of this government building, the Centro Administrativo Fernando Ferrari. It was a curved ramp, which made it even wilder! And get this, Guinness World Records was there to make sure it was legit. Pretty epic!
One of the most exciting additions is the true ending, which reveals how Princess Melinoe’s story ultimately ends – you’ll need to defeat Chronos to see it! Don’t worry, getting this ending won’t alter the main events of the game, but it *will* unlock the highest rank, Vow of Rivals. Reaching this conclusion is a significant accomplishment, and Supergiant Games is celebrating it by unlocking 50 different achievements for players.
The Shining is available in two limited editions. The Solus Steelbook Edition costs $65 and includes unique case artwork, a clear protective slipcover, and both 4K and 1080p Blu-ray discs. There’s also a $100 Special Edition which *includes* the steelbook, plus eight art cards and a double-sided poster, all packaged in a collectible cigar box. Unlike the Steelbook Edition, the Special Edition is currently sold out at Walmart and it’s unknown if they will offer it for pre-order again.
This is a substantial update, but Gearbox isn’t finished supporting the game. They had to hold back some buffs for Vault Hunters because there were too many to include now.
