In the international box office, “Bridget Jones 4” with Renée Zellweger in the lead role has earned approximately $19.2 million over the weekend from a total of 73 markets. This brings its global earnings to more than $71 million, surpassing the ticket sales for the previous three Bridget Jones movies and the current year’s “Ticket to Paradise” starring Julia Roberts and George Clooney, at the same stage of their respective releases, according to Universal Pictures. The movie, which cost $50 million to produce, was initially released on Peacock in the U.S.
