Atomfall officially reaches “extremely British” status as the survival game surpasses 1.5 million players, who’ve collectively sipped 300,000 cups of tea and executed 3.7 million kills with a cricket bat

Initially, Atomfall garnered immediate attention, often being referred to as ‘British Fallout.’ Despite not being an exact copy of Fallout, its unique appeal sparked interest among players who were eager to explore post-apocalyptic Britain (in an alternate universe, not post-2016 Britain). Last Monday, March 24, the game became available in early access for those who had purchased the Deluxe Edition. The full release followed on Thursday, March 27. Moreover, it was released simultaneously as a day-one launch on Xbox Game Pass for both Xbox and PC users, which likely boosted the number of players exploring the post-apocalyptic lake district.
