Assassin’s Creed: Shadows will launch with more achievements than AC: Valhalla. Ubisoft released full, spoiler-free list

The highly anticipated launch of Assassin’s Creed: Shadows is drawing near, prompting Ubisoft to unveil more details about the game. Today, a French company disclosed a series of achievements that players can unlock by engaging with the game on PC platforms like Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

In the announcement, developers mentioned that certain achievements in the game will have secret descriptions to allow players to fully immerse themselves in the storyline when the game officially launches on March 20, 2025, its release date.

Assassin’s Creed: Shadows – achievements

Here are a few accomplishments you’ll encounter – there will be a total of 54 to collect, which is 4 more than at AC: Valhalla’s launch. Similar to other “Assassin’s” games, all these objectives can be completed during the initial playthrough and at any chosen difficulty level. The developers note that you might run into hints related to other games, particularly earlier editions of the Assassin’s Creed franchise.

  1. Just Your Shadow – distract the same enemy 3 times with shinobi bells.
  2. Hook, Line, and Swinger – stay airborne by swinging from one grappling hook point to another.
  3. Unseen – perform 5 assassinations in a row without being noticed or entering combat.
  4. Giant Slayer – assassinate a powerful guardian in one go.
  5. This is Japan, Actually – kick an enemy from a high place.
  6. Final Hearing – sheath your weapon immediately after an enemy dies from Bleed.
  7. Adventurer – shoot an enemy in the knee with an arrow.
  8. Against Wood and Stone – fully upgrade a building in the Hideout.
  9. Happy Place – reach the highest point on the map.
  10. Pathfinder – visit every province on the map.

It’s intriguing that some enthusiasts might have begun amassing the mentioned accomplishments ahead of schedule. This is because the suppliers mistakenly shipped out the pre-orders early. Additionally, Ubisoft provided a glimpse on X of how an ally can take down an enemy, showcasing one such example.
