As a devoted viewer, I’m thrilled to share that streaming legend Asmongold has made it clear that he advocates for a lenient approach towards fellow Twitch streamers. If they transgress the law, and only then, would he consider action. Moreover, his stance aligns with the unbanning of Adin Ross.
Discussions about Twitch bans have frequently been a hot topic within the streaming community. Content producers have often engaged in debates over inconsistent application of rules towards various streamers, and they’ve also called on Twitch to provide clearer explanations behind these suspensions.
Many individuals have their unique visions for managing an Amazon-controlled platform, should they be granted temporary control. This often involves a roster of accounts they’d reinstate or unban.
As for Asmongold, he’s expressed a desire for Twitch to solely impose bans on content creators who violate the law rather than for other rule infractions that have led to his suspensions in the past year.
Asmongold would unban Adin Ross
Indeed, the ex-member of OTK recognizes why certain streamers receive bans due to violating Twitch’s specific guidelines. However, he proposes a modification in the system.
From Asmon’s perspective, he believes that Fresh&Fit should not have been reinstated due to their statements. If he were in charge, he would reinstate not just Fresh&Fit but also other individuals like Destiny. He expresses this viewpoint from a standpoint of free speech. However, regarding Adin Ross, the situation is more complicated because it involves money and potential harm to others.
Here’s my take: I believe no one should be punished unless they’ve violated the law. In an ideal scenario where I was in charge, that would be the rule. However, as it stands, the current rules dictate that they indeed breached them.
According to Asmongold, it’s unlikely that Fresh&Fit (also known as Sneako) will be unbanned given Twitch’s Terms of Service. If he were in charge, he believes most people would not have been banned in the first place due to their off-platform actions violating Twitch’s rules regarding behavior outside the platform.

The platform owned by Amazon is gradually increasing its transparency regarding bans, and has also begun allowing long-standing suspensions to lapse.
It was anticipated by Adin and his followers that the ban against him might be lifted, but so far, this has not occurred.
