Asmongold becomes the world’s most-watched streamer thanks to Kick multi-streams

In the second quarter of 2025, Asmongold was crowned as the most-viewed streamer across all platforms, having chosen to broadcast simultaneously on both Twitch and Kick.

By June 2025, Asmongold, among numerous other content creators, chose to affiliate with Kick while simultaneously streaming on various other platforms. This strategic move has proven beneficial, propelling him to the number one spot among all streamers.

Based on data from StreamsCharts, Asmongold ranked as the second-most-viewed streamer on Twitch between April 1 and June 30, accumulating a total of 26.41 million hours of viewership on the platform.

Among all streamers, only Caedrel, the League of Legends co-caster, was ahead in terms of live viewing time during the same period, with a significant lead of approximately 27.87 hours more than Asmongold, who had 669 hours watched while live.

However, it was Asmongold’s decision to multi-stream on Kick that allowed him to topple Caedrel.

Multi-streams push Asmongold ahead as 2025’s most-watched streamer

Considering Kick and Twitch, even though the statistics cover just a month of June – which is when Asmongold began streaming on the Stake-managed platform – he undoubtedly rules the roost.

In the second quarter of 2025, his live streams accumulated an impressive total of 28.58 million hours watched, surpassing his North American counterparts such as Hasan, Jynxzi, Kai Cenat, Caseoh, and IShowSpeed in viewer count.

In other streaming platforms, Gaules on Twitch and YouTube ranked third with a total watch time of approximately 27 million hours, trailing behind Asmongold and Caedrel.

In a couple of months, I’ll be eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of Q3 2025 to see if Asmongold manages to widen the gap in his streaming dominance, given he’s likely to clock in more hours streaming across various platforms.

After initially dabbling in multistreaming, the streamer has seen a significant boost in earnings – raking in $36,910 during his first two live sessions alone.

This year, Asmongold even surpassed well-known figures like Kendrick Lamar and IShowSpeed to rank as the 8th most-searched term across YouTube as a whole in an earlier period.
