Four actors from the TV show Arrow on The CW network came together at the Comic Con Midlands event in Birmingham over the weekend of July 12-13, 2025.
Who is in the Arrow reunion photo?
Colton Haynes, known for his role as Roy Harper/Arsenal, posted a picture with his former co-stars David Ramsey (John Diggle/Spartan), Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen/Green Arrow), and Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity Smoak/Overwatch) on Instagram. The caption read, “I’m so pleased I could celebrate my birthday with my [Team Arrow] family.

In a recent development, actor Stephen Amell, who played Haynes’ character in Arrow, is reconnecting with his former co-stars after about three years. This reunion comes following Haynes’ 2022 memoir, Miss Memory Lane, where he revealed an on-set tension with one of his castmates, whose identity still hasn’t been disclosed. It appears unlikely that this unnamed castmate is Amell, Ramsey, or Rickards, as the four are seen looking cheerful in the shared photo.
Originally developed by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg, the show Arrow debuted on The CW on October 10, 2012. It centers around Stephen Amell’s character, Oliver Queen, who comes back to Starling City after being stranded for five years on an island. There, he begins his mission to combat crime as a mysterious vigilante initially known as “The Hood,” eventually transforming into the Green Arrow.
The popular superhero television show sparked significant success, giving birth to the Arrowverse – a collective universe that, by its end in 2023, encompassed six live-action series and two animated web series. This Arrowverse was part of a larger DCTV Multiverse, enabling characters from shows outside the main continuity such as Constantine, The Flash from the 90s, and Superman & Lois to cross over, or for characters from these shows to appear instead.
On the long-running show “Arrow”, Amell and Ramsey were integral characters throughout its eight seasons. In contrast, Rickards and Haynes started off as recurring actors in Season 1, but later became permanent cast members in Season 2. However, Rickards chose to exit the series at the conclusion of its seventh season, returning only for a special appearance in the final episode. As for Haynes, his participation in “Arrow” was quite variable. After two seasons as a regular cast member, he decided to part ways with the show. In his memoir, he confessed that his departure wasn’t due to the end of his contract, but rather because he was struggling emotionally and found it difficult to work with one of his co-stars.
Initially, Haynes appeared as a guest star during the fourth and sixth seasons of Arrow. Later, he became a regular cast member for its seventh season. However, his role was reduced to recurring for the eighth and last season. Following the end of Arrow, Haynes has made appearances in American Horror Story and Teen Wolf: The Movie.
All eight seasons of Arrow are available to stream on Netflix.
