After sharing a first look at gameplay last week, Archetype Entertainment has released another short video for their game, Exodus. This is the first of several planned clips offering ongoing previews of the game before a more extensive reveal this summer. The studio says these clips will highlight combat, movement, how players interact with the world, and the game’s environments.
This gameplay clip highlights intense, up-close fighting within Khonsu, a space station protecting your home planet, Lidon. It showcases two key features: the Recycler weapon and the Lance gauntlet ability.
Exodus is set to release in Early 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
Here’s a look at ongoing gameplay footage from inside Khonsu, a massive defense platform created by the Celestials and orbiting Lidon, your home planet. This clip shows:
- Close-range combat through Khonsu’s interior corridors with companions Tom and Elise
- The Recycler in action: Repeater mode for ranged encounters, Shredder mode when enemies close the gap
- The Lance gauntlet ability, which hurls livestone javelins for heavy damage
- Ghosts, ancient Celestial automated defenses that wake up when they detect intruders
This footage shows early gameplay and gives you a quick look at what we’ll be sharing this summer with a more detailed gameplay reveal. We’ll have more updates soon, Travelers!
