Arc System Works announces Demon’s Night Fever, a simulation RPG produced by the creator of Disgaea

At the Arc System Works exhibition, the former head of NIS and designer of the Disagaea series, Sohei Niikawa, unveiled “Demon’s Night Fever,” a role-playing game that simulates experiences, scheduled for release in 2026. The specific console platforms for this game remain undisclosed.

Recently, Niikawa founded SuperNiche, a sole proprietorship with the mission of offering an exceptional global entertainment content experience that stands out from the rest. As per the official site of Demon’s Night Fever, the game is being developed by Drecom.

The trailer suggests that the game’s storyline has been written by Roman Kitayama, previously known as an enigmatic newcomer in the literary world according to Superniche. The character designs are credited to Yuji Himukai, renowned for his work on characters in Etrian Odyssey. Lastly, Tatsuya Yano, famous for composing music for several Atelier games and other Gust RPGs, will handle the game’s soundtrack.
