Anno 117 has more than just a release date. Dev confirms first DLCs, including a brand new region

Anno 117: Pax Romana will get 3 expansions after the release.

The recently unveiled teaser at the PC Gaming Show 2025 hinted at the upcoming launch of a new entry in Ubisoft’s strategy series, and it appears that release isn’t too far off. Nevertheless, previous speculations about the next Anno game haven’t ceased.

Following PCGS 2025, the creators of Pax Romana shared another brief teaser, showcasing both ground and naval battles. More details will be unveiled in the upcoming developer’s diary, set to be released within the following weeks.

Pre-purchasing for the upcoming game “Anno 117” has begun, signaling the launch of its first season pass. This pass grants early access to three downloadable content packs, each with graphics hinting at their themes. The imagery suggests that these expansions will delve into topics such as natural disasters (like volcanoes), amphitheaters, and ancient Egypt – potentially introducing a fresh region within the game universe.

In addition to that, Ubisoft revealed the Governor’s Edition of the game Anno 117: Pax Romana. This special edition includes a seasonal pass, digital bonuses for the premiere and pre-order, a book containing game graphics, 3D puzzles, and an emblem representing the Anno series. Anno 117: Pax Romana will be released on November 13th on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
