At the June 2025 Xbox Games Showcase, Kingsglory and Pawprint Studio unveiled their creation, dubbed Aniimo. This upcoming online-only creature-catching action RPG is set to launch as a free-to-play game on both Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Microsoft Store. A dedicated website for the game has been launched, hinting at its planned release for mobile devices too.
In the game Aniimo, players take on the role of the Pathfinder, who can transform into various in-game creatures thanks to a unique feature called “Twinning.” The official site also includes an FAQ section that explains how Aniimo blends action RPG elements with open-world exploration and puzzles. Additionally, it features player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP) battles, as well as the ability to save progress simultaneously across different platforms.
