New photos from the set of the upcoming Apple TV series, Wild Things, show actors Andrew Garfield and Jude Law looking dramatically different. Announced in March 2025, Wild Things tells the story of Siegfried & Roy, the famous illusionists known for their spectacular Las Vegas shows featuring magic and white tigers. The German-born duo became world-renowned performers through these elaborate acts.
Andrew Garfield stars in this new eight-part drama, which explores the complex relationship between two legendary illusionists. The series delves into their past, showcasing how they blurred the lines between what’s real and what’s not, and the personal and professional sacrifices they made along the way. Ultimately, a tragic event and their final performance in Las Vegas become shrouded in mystery.
Recent photos shared on X by Jeff Sneider show Richard Garfield and Jude Law filming the movie Wild Things. Garfield is playing the character Roy, and Law is playing Siegfried. The photos depict the two Academy Award-nominated actors standing on a balcony.
Garfield is wearing a royal-blue jacket over a white shirt, complete with a thin necklace, a small pin, a bit of facial hair, and a black beret. Jude Law, however, is harder to recognize as Siegfried. He has long blonde hair and dark sunglasses, and is wearing a black blazer with a gray scarf and a cross necklace.
In addition to executive producers Bradley Garfield and Jen Law, the Apple TV+ drama Wild Things stars Justin Bartha, Cameron Britton, Bill Heck, Justin Theroux, Jessica Madsen, Brett Gelman, and Darius Fraser.
I’m really excited about this new project! It’s coming from Apple Studios and is being led by John Hoffman, who’s a fantastic showrunner – he’s been nominated for six Emmys and is one of the creative minds behind Only Murders in the Building, which I absolutely love. Plus, Matt Shakman, the director of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, is directing the pilot and executive producing, so it’s in great hands!
The new series, Wild Things, is inspired by the eight-part podcast of the same name. Actors like Jude Law and Andrew Garfield will have plenty of source material to work with, including the famous love story of Siegfried and Roy, as well as the tragic incident where Roy was seriously injured by a white tiger during a performance.
Their incredible performances sadly came to an end with the passing of Roy in November 2020 due to complications from COVID-19, followed by Siegfried in January 2021. As of now, a release date for Wild Things has not been announced.
