A primary objective of this overhaul is to help users distinguish between movies and TV shows that are accessible with their Prime membership and those that require additional fees. For example, the top navigation bar includes a Prime tab, in addition to Max, Crunchroll, and other tabs.
As someone who has been an avid user of streaming services for years, I’m excited about the recent update from Amazon regarding the Prime Video interface. Amazon is promoting the use of generative AI to create customized “Made for You” collections in the revamped Prime Video interface. These personalized lists will be accessible under the Movies and TV Shows tabs, alongside popular Top 10 and Trending categories.
In a significant update since its major revamp in 2022, Prime Video has undergone its first substantial makeover this year.
