All3Media CEO Jane Turton Joins Mipcom and Variety’s C-Suite Conversations Lineup

As a seasoned movie enthusiast who’s been following the industry for decades, I can confidently say that Jane Turton is a powerhouse in the world of television. Her tenure as CEO of All3Media has been nothing short of spectacular, transforming the company into a global content powerhouse. With an impressive roster of shows under her belt, from the critically acclaimed “Fleabag” to the internationally beloved “Midsomer Murders,” it’s clear that Turton knows a thing or two about what makes great television.

At the upcoming 40th version of Mipcom, the global co-production and entertainment content market, Jane Turton, CEO of All3Media, will participate in a key conversation interview. This event takes place from October 21st to 24th in Cannes.

On October 21st at 3 p.m., the keynote address will be held as a cozy conversation by the fireplace in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festival. This is part of the “C-Suite Conversations” series, which is being jointly presented during the market’s opening hours, in collaboration with EbMaster. Other distinguished guests participating in this series include Channing Dungey, chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Television Group, and Tony Vinciquerra, chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment.

The session aims to delve into the innovative and market-leading tendencies influencing changes in every field, discussing how they impact All3Media’s plans and influence the broader trajectory of the international industry as a whole, as indicated in a statement.

Under Turton’s leadership since 2015, All3Media – now part of RedBird IMI – has evolved into a globally renowned content enterprise encompassing production, distribution, and digital media firms. Starting with just 19 production companies and labels a decade ago, Turton has expanded the group to over 40 today, creating some of the most popular and widely-disseminated titles worldwide.

This broadcaster offers a variety of popular programs, such as “The Traitors,” a breakout show with 30 versions so far; David Attenborough’s natural history series “Wild Isles”; the award-winning format “Gogglebox”; the BAFTA award-winning reality competition series “Squid Game: The Challenge”; the makeover show “Sort Your Life Out”; a documentary titled “Brawn: The Impossible F1 Story,” starring Keanu Reeves, available on Disney+; the quiz game “Lingo”; the hit comedy “Fleabag”; period drama “Call the Midwife”; and globally renowned, top-selling drama series “Midsomer Murders.

Lucy Smith, head of Mipcom and Mip London, stated: “Jane Turton is a highly perceptive and intuitive executive within the global television industry. She has extensive knowledge of all sectors of the business, exceptional commercial sense, and a demonstrated ability to support talent, foster creativity, and drive growth at All3Media. There’s no one in Cannes who wouldn’t gain from learning Jane’s perspective on the current climate and strategies for navigating times of change.
