As you explore REPLACED and get to know the characters at Western Station, they’ll offer you side quests. Completing these quests will earn you powerful upgrades that will help you defeat tougher enemies later in the game.

Be sure to take on the quest called “The Biggest Fan” – it’s tied to an achievement and helps you repair your relationship with Tempest after a rough encounter. You’ll need to find some of his favorite keepsakes to make things right. If you’re having trouble locating them, here’s a guide to all the Tempest-Man comic locations in REPLACED.

Where to Pick Up The Biggest Fan Quest in REPLACED

You can start the “Biggest Fan” quest in Chapter 7 when you return to the main station area. Go to where Yo-Yo’s workshop is located, then run past it to the right. This will lead you to the area with Veronica and Tempest’s rooms. Inside Veronica’s room, look for a table in front of the couch – you’ll see a glowing symbol indicating an item there.

When you talk to it, you’ll be asked about six comics that Tempest is missing. REACH thinks finding them could help fix things with Tempest. This begins a quest that you can follow using your Walkman.

How to Complete The Biggest Fan Quest in REPLACED

To finish the “Biggest Fan” quest in REPLACED, you have to find all six of Tempest’s missing comics. They’re hidden around the station hub, and are easy to spot – look for a small, glowing light. Just walk up to them to collect each one.

Here’s a complete list of where to find all the Tempest-Man comics in the game. The game won’t tell you when you’ve collected them all, so it’s a good idea to keep track as you play. When you find a comic, its title will appear in yellow, and you’ll also get a short summary of what it’s about.

Okay, so after I finally gathered all the comics, I just needed to head back to Veronica’s room – specifically, to the same spot where I first got the quest. Then I just talked to it again to hand them in. Easy peasy!

The comics always appear in the same spots, but the specific comic you find in each location might be unique to your game. You might find a different comic in a location than another player did. Regardless, be sure to collect all six!

Tempest-Man Comic Location 1 (Arcade)

You can find a Tempest-Man comic on a crate in the back of the arcade, in the dark room just to the right of Susan and the games. We discovered an issue called “The Tempest-Man Flies.”

Tempest-Man Comic Location 2 (Steps to Train Platform)

The latest issue of Tempest-Man is hidden on the right side of the main street, on a ledge about halfway up the stairs leading to the train platform. We remember this one being called “High Stakes.”

Okay, fellow Tempest-Man fans, I just found another comic! You can snag it inside the station – as soon as you walk in, head right and then take the stairs down on that side. Keep going to the very end, and you’ll see a little area with lights – that’s where it is! I found issue “The Red Nuke” there, so happy hunting!

You can find one of the Tempest-Man comics in the station’s diner, right near the counter where the bartender works. We found the “Love and Masks” issue there.

You can find another Tempest-Man comic on a machine right when you enter the Hospital area – it’s past where you first see the man talking to himself. We found the issue titled “From the Ashes.”

Okay, so I finally found that Tempest-Man comic! You gotta head into Yo-Yo’s workshop, and once you’re inside, just sprint all the way to the left. Keep going past his main computer setup until you hit this little hidden area – it’s kinda tucked away and easy to miss. For me, the comic I found there was issue number “The Ultimate Sacrifice”.

The Biggest Fan Quest Rewards

Once you return all six comics to Veronica’s room, you’ll get the Balance Unit upgrade as your primary reward. This upgrade makes your Overdrive gauge fill up faster.
