Head east from the camp and you will eventually locate the Strangled Adra at The Sallow Steppe.

Strangled Adra Pillar 5 – Garden

In the final stage, known as the Fifth Strangled Adra, lies within the Garden, a crucial end-zone for our hero, Avowed. Stepping into the Garden signifies an irrevocable moment, a boundary beyond which there is no turning back.

As you progress through the broken aqueduct, you will notice the Strangled Adra at the top on your left side in the open area.
To reach the pillar, you need to head back and dive into the water.
Continue through the water and climb the surface.
Use any throwables to destroy the fauna, which allows you to cross to the other side.
Once you are on the other side, simply follow the path, to reach the final Strangled Adra.
