Twitch streamer Alinity has faced a difficult time recently, dealing with a breakup, the loss of her dog, and a newly discovered breast lump.
Twitch streamer Natalia ‘Alinity’ Mogollon has been going through a very difficult time recently, but she received some good news after worrying about potential cancer.
In March, Alinity shared that she and her boyfriend of two years had ended their relationship. She explained that he’d asked her to pick between him and her streaming career, and she chose her career.
Following this, her beloved dog Luna died, something the streamer revealed in a tearful broadcast.
I was really worried when Alinity shared photos of a lump she’d found in her breast and explained doctors weren’t sure what it was – she didn’t know if it was cancer. Thankfully, things started to change for the better around mid-April.
Alinity says she doesn’t have cancer after major health scare
On April 13th, Alinity let her fans know she was doing better after a health scare, acknowledging that many people were worried about her.
I have three non-cancerous lumps in my breast, probably fibroadenomas. I’ll just need to get them checked every six months to make sure they stay the same size and don’t change.
The streamer expressed her gratitude to her fans and other streamers for their support, and shared that she was feeling frightened because her mother and two aunts had all battled breast cancer.
I know many of you were concerned, so I wanted to share an update: the lumps I found in my breast (there are three) are not cancerous – they’re likely fibroadenomas. I just need to get them checked every six months to make sure they stay stable. Thank you so much for all the support and kind wishes.

She also shared that she hadn’t been able to sleep for weeks, so finally getting some rest was a major relief, especially considering everything she’d been through.
The past three weeks have been incredibly difficult for me – I lost a beloved pet, went through a breakup, and received a possible cancer diagnosis. Getting good news now feels like a huge weight lifted and has brought much-needed peace of mind, she shared.

It’s scary to think about, but Alinity isn’t the first streamer to deal with a serious health issue. I remember last year when TimTheTatman was super emotional on stream, explaining he’d had to go to the ER because of a heart problem. It really hit home how even people who seem so energetic online can be going through stuff.
In 2024, Ninja received a cancer diagnosis, but fortunately it was detected early, and he has since made a full recovery.
